I ordered the No Front Seam Yoga Leggings 25'', Light to Medium Support, High Waisted Seamless 7/8 Lounge Yoga Pants in the color "Graphite Grey" and the size "M" by HeyNuts and these leggings are an absolute dream.
First of all, there's indeed no front seam, however the way they arrive folded may make it seem so. It should go back to normal in the wash. I found the waistband to be lightly compressive but not uncomfortable or bloat-causing in the least. They're super comfy and buttery soft. Though I normally wear a small at 115lbs I ordered the medium because I want a… not exactly looser, but more expansive fit for comfort. I was right to do so because originally I lamented that these were not full length, but by my lucky stars, I'm short enough at 5' that they just about are! So I'm elated with that outcome, but it's something to keep in mind if you prefer more of a capri fit. The legs do suck in and hold everything tightly, even at size medium.
At the waistline there is a hidden inner pocket, not quite large enough for my galaxy phone but appropriately sized for keys, mp3 player, pepper spray, or a card. The color is indeed gray but for some reason when I look at it in different lightings the fabric appears kind of olive colored (though it's hard to tell in my photos). I'm satisfied with them but choosing a color was insanely hard because I really love them ALL. I had trouble picturing them against my skin tone, and since I only got one chance to not regret the color I ordered, I played it safe with a neutral. I really wanted "lava cake" color though!
HeyNuts describes their ML001 fabric as being comprised of 80% nylon and 20% lycra elastane. It's stretchy, matte, and almost panty-proof which I adore. I do agree it's completely opaque, and while it came folded up so neatly that initially I thought the leggings would be too small, I imagine that's due to the material being lightweight and workout-friendly—yet not so thin that it shows all the cellulite, undies, and imperfections. The leggings really smooth me out and complement my curves. I can't recall ever feeling as confident in leggings as I do with these so I feel like they're worth every penny. If you can grab them while they're on sale, that's even better. Probably grab a few pairs 'cause these are well worth the self-image boost.
